FEATURES: Small, easy-grip phenolic knob. Knurled head provides a positive grip for finger tightening in light clamping applications. Molded-in brass insert provides superior thread strength. Also available with molded-in steel stud. Made in USA.
SIZES: Choice of five knob sizes. Available in the three configurations shown: tapped, stud type, and stud type with short hub. Available with tapped-hole sizes from #10-32 to 3/8-16 (M5 to M10 in metric), and stud sizes from #8-32 to 3/8-16 (M5 to M10 in metric) most in several stud lengths — see Dimensions page for part numbers, and Size Comparison page for a group photo of all sizes. Non-standard thread sizes, reamed holes, other lengths of molded-in studs, or special colors are available in quantities of 250 and above.
MATERIAL: Black phenolic plastic (glossy smooth finish, extremely hard, electrical insulator, operating temperatures to 300°F, resistant to oils and most common chemicals). Molded-in brass insert (or mild steel stud, zinc plated clear chromate). |
