HO7MA, HO15M, HO22M, HO24M, HO27M, HO34M, HO37M, and HO47M Series
FEATURES: Hard top jaws with two locating steps on which to rest parts. Also reversible for through feeding barstock. Jaws have a diamond-point gripping surface whenever possible. 1.5mm x 60° serrations (3mm x 60° serrations on jaws for 15" chucks). Hard jaws are sold in matched sets of three. Made in USA.
SIZES: Available for chuck sizes from 6" to 15" diameter. Chuck series HO22M and HO24M use the next-larger-diameter top jaws for 8", 10", and 12" chucks — see Dimensions page for part numbers. Note: in most cases, two-jaw power chucks use the next-larger-diameter top jaws.
DESIGN CONSIDERATIONS & SAFETY PRECAUTIONS: The "critical dimensions" shown in the dimension tables must match your master jaw, although outside dimensions can be different. Please check before ordering.
MATERIAL (STEEL): 1018 steel, case hardened .020-.030" deep.
