HO7MA, HO15M, HO22M, HO24M, HO27M, HO34M, HO37M, and HO47M Series
FEATURES: General-purpose blank top jaws. Standard steel jaws can be case hardened after machining, or left soft. Optional aluminum material reduces surface marring, ideal for chucking on finished surfaces. 1.5mm x 60° serrations (3mm x 60° serrations on jaws for 15" chucks). Made in USA.
SIZES: Available for chuck sizes from 6" to 15" diameter, in standard height and extra high. Chuck series HO22M and HO24M use the next-larger-diameter top jaws for 8", 10", and 12" chucks — see Dimensions page for part numbers. Note: in most cases, two-jaw power chucks use the next-larger-diameter top jaws.
DESIGN CONSIDERATIONS & SAFETY PRECAUTIONS: The "critical dimensions" shown in the dimension tables must match your master jaw, although outside dimensions can be different. Please check before ordering. When using extra-high top jaws, maximum allowable spindle RPM will be reduced somewhat. Please consult your chuck's operating manual.
MATERIAL (STEEL): 1018 steel.
MATERIAL (ALUMINUM): 6061-T6 aluminum.
