Automation Swing Clamps are a special series of clamps designed for automated high production. Extended helix rod for built-in position-monitoring capability. Automation-type clamps are a further development of our proven Swing-Clamp line to improve safety in process-linked clamping systems. Automation-type Swing Clamps are ideal when it is essential to know exact timing of swing-arm position for unrestricted workpiece loading and unloading. These clamps are particularly suited for clamping fixtures with workpiece loading via handling systems; transfer lines; test systems for motors, gears, and axles; automated manufacturing systems; and assembly lines.

Concentric Clamping Elements are a combination locator and clamp, available for internal diameters from 1" to 10". Three-point elements provide primary location, centering the workpiece in two axes. Two-point elements provide secondary location, centering the workpiece in one axis. Plungers advance simultaneously for excellent repeatability within .0008". These elements are ideal for holding workpieces with cast or machined bores, where absolute centering is required regardless of hole-size variance.
