Walking beam clamps can be bottom mounted by means of four tapped holes provided in base of cylinder.
For top mounting, order appropriate sub-plate from those listed in sub-plate table below.

Push-pull clamps are provided with tapped holes in face for vertical face
mounting and in bottom of cylinder for horizontal bottom mounting.

Clamp Features

  • Compact rugged construction -- cylinder and clamp are an integral welded unit-- piston rod is hard chrome plated for longer wear
  • Superior clamping force in minimum space -- eliminates over-the-center lock-up losses in holding pressure common with ordinary toggle action clamps
  • Easy "on the job" cylinder maintenance when required -- only two standard 0-ring seals to replace
  • Double action cylinder for positive reliable operation - cant jam or hang up -- will hold clamp bar in locked position even if air supply fails
  • Maybe mounted in any position -- provisions for porting from either side lend versatility

  • Cold rolled steel clamp bar may be drilled, tapped, machined, or welded to suit any application
  • Available models for air operation up to a maximum of 150 P.S.I. and for oil operation up to a maximum of 250 P.S.I.

  • Excellent mechanical advantage on final lock-up. Actual clamping pressures up to five times line pressure on the small model and up to ten times line pressure with the larger model.
