Returns

Thank you for choosing Geisler Company (“Geisler”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) for your industrial supply needs. We understand that occasionally, a return may be necessary. Please review our returns policy below to understand how we handle returns:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging it was received. Re-stocking fees may apply.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

Some items are not eligible for return. These include:

  • Non-Stock items.
  • Custom-made or special-order items. 
  • Hazardous materials.
  • Items that have been used or modified.
  • Any product that is not in its original condition or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items that are ordered without specifying special certificates required (Material Certificate or any other type of certificate).

3. Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at customerservice@geislerco.com or 313-255-1450 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Once you have received your RMA number, please securely package the item and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package. All returns should be returned to the address below:

4. Shipping Costs for Returns:

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of our error or a defective product.

5. Inspection and Approval:

Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria stated in this policy. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment.

6. Refund Processing Time:

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after the returned item is received and approved. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

7. Exchanges:

We are unable to provide product exchanges. 

8. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue.

9. Restocking Fee:

Sometimes, manufacturers charge a re-stocking fee for returns on special items. Once a return is initiated, our customer service team will advise if any re-stocking fees will apply. Please note that re-stocking fees may vary.
