Please review the following shipping policy to understand how we handle the delivery of your orders:

1. Order Processing Time:

All online orders are processed the same day if placed before 3:00PM (ET) Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received after 3:00PM (ET) will be processed the following business day.

2. Shipping Methods and Carriers:

We offer a range of shipping options to best suit your needs, including standard, expedited, and LTL freight options. Our trusted carriers include UPS, Fed-Ex and TFORCE Freight, chosen for their reliability and efficiency.

3. Estimated Delivery Times:

At Geisler Co. we understand the importance of timely delivery for our valued customers. As a dedicated distributor of industrial supplies, we strive to ensure that your orders reach you promptly and efficiently. Please take note of our estimated delivery times below:

In-stock orders will be shipped same day if placed before 3:00PM on regular business days. Delivery times will be determined by the shipping method chosen at checkout. Orders placed after this cutoff time or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the following business day.

The estimated delivery time for non-stock items will be provided to you upon confirmation of your order and will take into consideration current factory lead times. 

Please note: All delivery times are approximate and subject to change for reasons not attributable to us. Any objections to the lead times shown on our order acknowledgements must be addressed within 24 hours of order confirmation or the order will be deemed “non-returnable / non-cancelable”.  

Keep in mind that unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or carrier delays, may affect the actual delivery date. In such cases, we will make every effort to communicate any delays and provide you with updates.

For international shipments, please allow additional time (1-2 Days) for order processing.

4. Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Shipping insurance is NOT included for any collect shipments on third party accounts unless explicitly noted in the order notes section at checkout.

5. International Shipping:

We are excited to offer International shipping at checkout under DAP Incoterms (Delivered-at-place). Additional fees, taxes, and customs duties may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

6. Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

You can track your order's progress through our website or the carrier's online tracking system.

7. Undeliverable Packages:

In the event that a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if the package is returned to us for any reason, a re-shipping fee may apply.

8. Missing or Damaged Shipments:

If your order arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue.

9. Holiday Shipping:

During peak holiday seasons, please allow for additional processing and shipping time due to high order volumes and potential carrier delays.
