Thank you for choosing Geisler Company (“Geisler”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) for your industrial supply needs. The following Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases and sales. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our website and/or purchasing our products. By accessing or using this website (including mobile websites), or purchasing Geisler Company products and or services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website. Any terms and conditions contained in any customer purchase order are not binding unless expressly agreed upon by an authorized Geisler representative. 

1. Intellectual Property:

All content on this website including but not limited to text, images, logos, trademarks, and graphics, is the property of Geisler and/or Geisler’s network of authorized suppliers. This content is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any content on this website is strictly prohibited.

2. Product Information:

We make every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products, including descriptions, specifications, and pricing. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of this information. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions.

3. Pricing and Payment:

All prices listed on our website are in US dollars, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs, taxes and fees, if applicable, will be added during the checkout process. 

Orders will be processed once payment has been successfully received unless you have an account set-up with terms.

Standard Terms: Open accounts are granted to customers with established credit. Standard Terms are net thirty (30) days from date of invoice. If an open account customer fails to provide payment within thirty (30) days from date of invoice, Geisler has the right to withhold or cancel any pending or future orders. It is understood that you will pay all costs and expenses, including attorney’s fees, collection agency fees and court costs incurred by Geisler in relation to collecting payment of amounts due. 

Buyer shall bear the cost of all import duties, manufacturer’s tax, retail occupation tax, use tax, sales tax, value added tax, excise tax, duty or charge of any nature whatsoever imposed on or measured by the transaction between Geisler and Buyer, in addition to the prices quoted or invoiced, and in the event Geisler is required to pay such tax, duty, or charge, Buyer shall immediately reimburse Geisler the payment so paid. 

Geisler will only remove tax from customer orders upon receipt of a valid sales tax exemption form.

4. Order Acceptance:

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Shipping and Delivery:

6. Returns and Exchanges:

Please refer to our Returns Policy for information about eligibility, non-returnable items, the return process, and restocking fees.

8. Limitation of Liability:

Geisler shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of this website or the purchase of our products and/or services. GEISLER COMPANY LIABILITY IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES IS LIMITED TO, AND SHALL NOT EXCEED, THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT THAT GIVES RISE TO ANY LIABILITY.

9. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions, and any disputes arising out of or related to the use of Geisler’s website, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.

Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to, or use of, the website or its content shall be instituted in a state or federal court in the State of Michigan. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of, and accept venue in, these courts.

10. Modification of Terms:

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
